The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned needs for a heat resistant cosmetic bags by providing a heat resistant cosmetic bag capable of forming a plurality of insulating fold layers over and around a pouch, the plurality of insulating fold layers protecting to the contents from temperature extremes.
